Nakia, we release the new coupons as early as possible on Wednesday (redplum and P&G) and Saturday (SmartSource). The exact time varies but it generally is around 4am - 5am CT.  If you want to know exactly when, look at the old posts in these forums because I always post a notice immediately after the they're released.
