How do I order them early I want some rp and pg coupons from 8/72 inserts

So I'm not seeing how to order them, do I have to order 2000 before I can get the 8/27 rp and pg coupons

You don't have to order a minimum. On the left side click on "Coupons by Source" and you can find each insert's coupons there.
