i have a question does reorder mean doubleing the order of editing just in case you forgot a coupon?

Reordering will send us another order request to be filled and could
cause a duplicate order to be mailed out to you. If you need to add to
an order, please email us directly and we'll issue you a $1.00 store
credit so that you can place another order without having to pay for
the second shipping charge.
