Issue with ordering

Hello,
 My last 2 orders I've had issues. I'll put a coupon in my cart, change quantity to 10, hurry to check out as high value coupons always sell out quickly, then before I know I've already paid for an order of 1 coupon. This last time I made sure to pay attention and next thing I know it changed back to 1. I didn't proceed with this order bc it kept changing and when I went back it was still available coupons left. Can someone explain why it changes my quantity. Thank you.

You need to add it to the cart before checking out. If you type a new quantity into the box and then simply go to your cart, it won't be added because you never added it. It's just like this message I'm typing now - typing it into the box does not make it exist. I must click the button first to add it. You should also check your order before finalizing it.
