Limit changes

How is it ok for a person to have their order placed with confirmation and you guys to change the limit while in the awaiting fulfilment stage?

It's not OK and that's why we don't do it. We enforce the limits that were in place at the time an order was placed regardless of whether the limit was subsequently changed.
