I'm not sure if you all changed the format the previews are done but since it has changed I have not been able to see the previews on my phone or a PC using multiple browsers. Maybe you all should consider changing them back to the original format so everyone can see them again.

Jess, this is something that unfortunately I have no control over.  The developer says that he's trying to find a solution but so far I'm not seeing any results.
