Thank you for contacting me concerning an order being cancelled and/or refunded.
There are a few reason why an order would be cancelled and refunded after it was placed. They are listed below:
1) Limits on certain coupons have been violated. Placing an order for more coupons then what is allotted in a day.
2) Customer request for the order to be cancelled.
3) We had an inventory issue with a coupon. Either the whole order is cancelled and an email is sent out to the customer letting them know what had happened or the order is filled with a note is wrote on the bottom of the invoice letting the customer know why the particular coupon is missing.
4) Missing an address.
