Why my orders say cancelled and I didn't even cancelled it I really want my orders.

Thank you for contacting us concerning your cancelled orders. Both orders were cancelled because the limits on the Arm & Hammer coupons was violated. We do not require much from our customers, except to not violate the limits we put on certain coupons each week.
