Wrong coupons

I recently ordered some coupons last week on thursday, and  asked for this coupons :

"4 Fruitables Juice Boxes 8-Pack exp Mon 6/30/14 SS 4-13 (save $1.00 wyb 2)"

among others, and instead of those i’ve received 4  Purina Busy Brand Chew Treat.

I sent you an email but i haven't received an answer...

what proceed, please let me know

Thank you for contacting us concerning your order. I am sorry for the
mistake made on the Fruitable coupons. I am sending out the corrected
coupons to you in this afternoon's post office delivery.

thank you very much, i´m actually waiting for the smart source coupons to place an order tomorrow, if you like you can add it to this new order, should i sent you the purina coupons to the address provided in the mail?

Greta,

There is no need to send the Purina coupons back to us. If you would
just leave them out while shopping so someone else can hopefully pick
up a good deal too.
