issues logging in with my iphone, what is the problem? first time

I received notice that you got a coupon I wanted. Then I tried to log in .. and it just would not do it.
even when I tried to change the password.. it just kept returning me to page to log in.

Anyway.. then I got home.. I logged in. I changed the password. then I tried to go on my iphone.. and all the same things from before are still happening with my iphone.

Is anybody else able to log in with their iphone?
Also when I click on any product.. it does not pick up at least one item .. for purchase.. it shows "you have zero items"

that does not happen when I do the same thing on desktop computer.

Does anybody else have these issues?

** it just goes in circles.. if I try to order any item.. it first comes back with.. you have zero items in your cart, then I try to log in, same thing that works on desktop computer, then it comes back on my iphone .. you have to log in.. asking me to do it again, and not recognizing that I did it.

Sorry that happened—login loops are frustrating. Try this quick sequence: make sure you’re on the correct login page and using the right email; request a fresh password reset, open the link in the same browser and only once (expired links bounce you back); clear cookies for the site or try a private/incognito window; temporarily disable extensions (ad blocker, password manager), turn off VPN, and try another browser/device. If it still loops, your session may be stuck—ask support to clear it and share your email, the time you tried, and your browser/version so they can trace the issue.
