is there s couponing site that lets you know whats on  sale before the store flyers come out?

Diane,

There are plenty of couponing blogs out there that will match what is coming on sale to coupons each week. The blogs usually get the sale flyer information a few days before the sale actually starts and post the information on their site. If you need any help locating a blog that covers a particular store, please let me know which store and I'll give you a few ideas on ones to use.

There are plenty of couponing blogs out there that do the match-ups
each week for Kroger. Some of the ones off the top of my head are:

Kroger Krazy
I Heart Kroger
Deal Seeking Mom
Money Saving Mom
Hip2Save
One Deal At A Time
Blue Grass Savers

You can also find out the sale information from the couponing forums.
Some of them are:

Slick Deals
A Full Cup
Hot Coupon World

I would suggest googling "couponing blogs" then your city, so you can
find one local, so they will have the particular sales that pertain to
your area.
