need help getting change of email address to go through

Tim,

I have tried numerous times to change my email address on my account and each and every time I submit the change the site tells me to submit my phone number in the correct format.  I have tried every format I know and it refuses to accept any format and will not complete the change.

I am staying with my daughter during her recovery from surgery and I do not have access to the goode2 shoes address. So currently I am not receiving any order / shipping confirmations.

I have tried to send you an email through your "contact" link and it also is saying and showing the goode2shoes email address needs to be in correct format.  It refuses to submit.

Can you please help me?

I clicked the hidden email link to send you the new email address for my account and it took me to a sign in page where it refuses to sign me in.  Greer

But yet I am signed in and able to purchase coupons and post to the forum!

I just opened a new gmail email so you can email me directly until we get my account information problems fixed.

Please send me an email to: [e-mail]

I will then respond with email address and password for my account.

It works and I am so grateful for your help.

I hated to ask for your help but I am going to be staying with my daughter for another 6 months while she recuperate and it was driving me nuts not receiving order acknowledgements, etc.
