saving items in my cart

How long will items stay in my cart?  What happens if I close the page will they still appear in the cart?

Right off the top of my head I can't remember how long those cookies live, but regardless of that I would never bank on hot coupons staying in your cart for long because others can get them before you checkout. We update inventories at checkout, not when something is placed in a cart.
