I don't think its fair that I get half way through the process of purchasing my coupons and once I put my credit card information in I have an alert saying there is not enough product to complete my order. if they items are allowed to be taking out of your cart as you are checking out maybe there should be an option added to store payment information so we can skip that step for people who have an account this is the second time its happened today

Thank you for contacting us concerning some of the hottest coupons being sold out quickly. I am sorry that it has happen to you but there is nothing we can do about it. We are in a dilemma, we could remove inventory once the coupons are added to the shopping cart, however someone could come in and add them to their shopping cart and never checkout and tie up the inventory so no one else could add them to their shopping cart and checkout. Instead we remove the inventory from the site once the order has gone through the checkout process, which means more customers are able to add items to their shopping cart and go through the checkout process successfully. Keep in mind, this only happens on the hottest coupons.

Please add your email address to the out of stock notifier, so you will receive an email alert when we restock more inventory to the site.
