What device (PC, Android, etc.) are you using and is your internet connection unusually slow?

tried on Iphone and computer. it will come up on my iphone, but its running really slow, I've been trying to look at it since 7:00am and I still haven' t gotten through all the coupons on my iphone, can't see at all on computer.
