I have not been able to see the preview since august. the page is blank. Is there something new that I have to do to see them now?

The issues with the previews is unfortunately outside of my control. Believe me, I'm as ticked off about it as everybody else.

Hmmm, maybe if you tell the developer you're withholding their payment until everyone can see the previews, because it's 'all for the better', they'll think twice about whether or not they should fix the problem...  I love you guys, but, I think it is silly that the developer gets to dictate something like that to a paying customer, instead of fixing the problem!

Initially I was unable to see the previews using Internet Explorer, but now I can see them but each (SS, RP & PG) stops at slide 8.  So I switched to Google Chrome and can see all previews with no problem. So for next week's previews try switching your browser to something other than IE.  Hopefully that will help.
